A/S Wodschow & Co. is part of Sveba-Dahlen Group, SDG - a private holding company offering the food service sector a wide range of quality equipment for the professional users. Included in the group are well known brand names such as BEAR planetary mixers, Glimek make-up lines and Sveba-Dahlen ovens. Also included in the group are the Estonian companies Vilmix Ltd (a complete supplier of bakery machines and ingredients) and Sveba-Dahlen OÜ. In Latvia there is Unimix Ltd structured the same way as Vilmix Ltd but for the Latvian market.

Sveba-Dahlen AB, founder of the rotating rack-oven, develops, markets and produces a variety of rack, deck and tunnel ovens. They also produce proving chambers and fermentation lines for commercial/industrial bakeries as well as for the foodservice and catering industries.
